Payment to Jane White Tuition Ltd is required on ordering. 

We can only supply to UK addresses.

The purchaser is responsible for being available for home delivery of their machine and accessories.

Demonstrations, collection and tuition is by appointment only.

Sorry, we don't accept returns or give refunds.

The guarantee is for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

We are glad to say things rarely go wrong but, should there being problem with your machine or order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We pride ourselves on our customer care and aim to resolve issues promptly.

*New owner introductory tuition is 1 hour for overlockers, coverstitch machines and the Sashiko machine. 1 1\2 hours for combination machines. Any additional tuition will be charged as stated on our workshop page.

Workshop fees are payable on booking and non-refundable.

Machines brought to the workshop must be in good working condition. Machines over 12 months old must have a current PAT certificate. Please note: we do not carry out repairs or maintenance or diagnose faults.
